COVID 19

Dear Customer,

With restrictions starting to ease across the country, we are already starting to see more of you on the move.

We understand that getting from A to B is a little different in this unique environment, which is why we have adopted best practice hygiene measures to ensure your safety in our vehicles.

Whether you need to visit your doctor, pickup groceries or other essentials, we're here to service your needs in the safest way possible.

We are following the most up to date medical advice and have therefore introduced the following measures:

  • All chauffeurs using anti-microbial hand sanitizer before, during and after each transfer
  • Cleaning the following surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes after each transfer:
  • Seatbelt Buckles & Straps
  • Door Handles (inside and out)
  • Grab Handles
  • Vehicle Dash
  • Seatbacks
  • Removing magazines or other shared and common touch items
  • Not assisting with luggage to mitigate unnecessary contact points
  • Recommend passengers sit in the rear of the vehicle for both safety of passengers and chauffeur
  • Payment details are taken at the time of booking so no need for in-car payment

In addition to above all vehicles are fully sanitized (including air conditioning) after every shift with UV

How it Works

Disinfection capacity of ozone

Ozone (O3) is an unstable gas comprising three atoms of oxygen. It is unstable because the gas will readily degrade back to its stable state, diatomic oxygen (O2) with the formation of free oxygen atoms or free radicals.

The free oxygen atoms or radicals are highly reactive and they will oxidize almost anything (including viruses, bacteria, organic and inorganic compounds) in contacts, making ozone an enormously powerful disinfectant and oxidizer.

In fact, ozone is a much stronger oxidizer than other common disinfectants such as chlorine and hypochlorite. The usage of chlorine or hypochlorite in many countries has been decreased significantly due to the possibility formation of carcinogenic by-products such as trihalomethanes (THM) during the disinfection process. In contrast, ozone disinfection does not produce any harmful residues, and all the residual ozone will be converted back to oxygen within a short time. Ozone is therefore considered as an environmentally friendly disinfectant.

Keep safe and well and we look forward to seeing you in our cars soon.

We have a fleet of 70 vehicles and an experienced team of driver guides.
